I knew from the start that I was in good hands with Traci. She is incredibly talented, very professional and full of good, and creative, ideas. Not only did Traci take care of all of our wedding flowers, but she also provided all of the wedding decor and styling. The end result was stunning. When I saw the finished product on my wedding day I was blown away. With little direction from me, Traci managed to capture the exact style and look we wanted...and then some. Almost every person who looks at our wedding pictures comments on the beautiful centerpieces as well as the other touches that Traci added. I can not say enough good things about Traci and the level of service she provides.

Traci from Violet Designs is a true floral artist. She worked with us throughout our wedding planning process to help us come up with a color scheme we loved and a vision for how the flowers would add to the ambiance we were trying to create at our wedding. She was very flexible and tolerant when we constantly changed our minds about ceremony flowers. We could not have been happier with our flowers on the day of the wedding. They exceeded our expectations. The centerpieces were bigger and more elaborate than what we had received in our free sample and it was clear that she had taken great care with each and every one. Our guests were fighting over who would get to take them home after the brunch on Sunday. I loved my bouquet and all of the bridal party flowers, too. I really have nothing bad to say about Violet Designs. You will pay a little bit more if you choose to work with Traci, but in my opinion it's worth every penny. Hers are no ordinary flower arrangements- they are works of art.

Traci was great to work with! Our wedding day flowers were more beautiful than I expected. I didn't know much about flowers when we went to meet with her but she was great about taking what direction I gave her as far as color and feel. I wanted something bright, fun, whimsical and casual looking and that's exactly what we got.

I was thrilled to find Traci. She was extremely sweet and helpful. After seeing her work online, I called her immediately. I knew from her images, our tastes were similar and it was easy to see she was quite talented. One thing that was really nice about Traci was that she was willing and open to work with me on a tight budget. She still offered me fantastic ideas and approaches that were beautiful and would meet the differences in my culture style with my husband's that differ. Just knowing she was taking the reins over in styling and decor with the flowers put my mind at ease up to the big day. During and after our wedding ceremony and reception, I heard nothing but raving reviews about the flowers and decor. Traci exceeded my expections, even though I had the utmost confidence in her. It was great! I will truly never forget my flowers as well as the whole experience!

Traci was excellent! Fantastic flowers and she even went to NY to buy ribbon to tie around my bouquets and vases. She has a great artistic eye and makes good suggestions.

I found Violet Designs online, as I was planning our wedding from across the country. I knew immediately that the style, attention to detail, and imaginative combinations were a perfect fit for us. We contacted Violet Designs, met with Traci, and were sure that our search for a florist was over. What was so amazing about Traci was that even after we heard that our original wedding site was no longer allowing weddings and that we would have to move locations, she was completely willing to remain our florist even though she would have to travel two hours to deliver our flowers to the new location! In addition to simply delivering the flowers, she met us at the location months prior to the wedding to view the site and plan accordingly. Then, on the day of the wedding she made two different deliveries to two different cities for us -- one to the city in which we were staying and taking photos prior to the ceremony, and one to the ceremony and reception location! She and her staff were unbelievably responsive, flexible, and kind; and I've never seen more beautiful floral arrangements (although I might be a bit biased!). All in all, we really appreciated everything that Traci and her staff did to make our day special, and her work speaks for itself.

Traci was teriffic - she was very responsive and communicative during the whole planning process, not to mention full of creativity and great ideas. I really wanted poppies in my bouquet, but when the time came, they were not available at the flower markets! Traci ended up getting some from her friend's mother-in-law's garden on the morning of my wedding - and they were gorgeous! Traci's designs are very cool and modern and a great value for the price. Working with Traci was an absolute pleasure. We wanted simple, elegant arrangements for our small wedding at a restaurant in Newburyport. Traci understood from the beginning exactly what we wanted, and the bouquets, centerpieces, and other arrangements for our wedding were truly beautiful. In addition, the cost of the flowers was extremely reasonable.

I originally was drawn to Traci’s work for her originality and clean lines and I was not disappointed. During our first meeting we talked about colors and flowers. I brought some pictures of what I wanted for my bridal bouquet and the actual bouquet came out much better than the magazine picture! In addition to the bridal bouquet, Traci also made the boutonnières, cake and reception flowers. Traci worked through different design and flower ideas and sought my input along the way. Her communication and follow up were top notch. She was very engaged throughout and made really creative and valuable design suggestions for how to decorate the venue. The flower choices were beautiful and appropriately spaced throughout the venue - we received lots of complements on everything! One other thing I appreciated about Traci was a discrepancy in the amount of money I gave to her, which was more than what was required. Traci honestly told me it was more money than it had to be, which was really nice to hear from a vendor, who could have easily pocketed the extra $130 without saying anything. Traci has a great eye for flower design and I would definitely work with her again!

Violet Designs did something for me that I think is one of the most important things that you can do for a bride, gave me peace of mind. Traci, owner of Violet Designs, has such talent and such a great eye that I was able to tell her what I wanted and she saw my vision and made it better then I had ever imagined. I knew after our first meeting that I could hand her the reigns and basically forget about it to concentrate on other things. The flowers at my wedding were gorgeous. She did everything; table center pieces, all the bouquets and boutonnieres, flowers for my hair, the flowers for the service, everything!!! I really cannot say enough about Violet Designs. I would use her again and recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat. If you are planning a wedding, party, anything Violet Designs is the way to go.
