I can't say enough good stuff about Rin's bridal!!! Rin was amazing and worked with my budget and gave me my dream dress and even made it fit when I didnt think it would be possible as it was the display dress. I was here on my own and they all made it so enjoyable everytime I went in, I felt like they were my friends :) ... You will not be disappointed!!!

Wonderful local shop that's been around for 30+ years. Rin and her staff are knowledgeable and can help you from everything to the dress to the preservation of it and everything in between. Highly recommend - great value

After dealing with pushy sales people at every other bridal store in the peninsula, I walked into Rins. They are truly nice and helpful people, and they let me browse around the store while they picked dresses for me and I was able to rummage myself which was really nice. They didn't have the gown that I ended up with, but I went back to Rin's to order just because I liked their service (they are also 5 seconds from my house, that helps!). They did not try to overcharge me, they quoted me the exact MSRP for my Maggie Sottero. They kept pushing me for bridesmaid dresses, even though I said multiple times that they were all over the country and it would be annoying. They assumed that I was going to do alterations (even though I said on the phone right before I came over that it was just an estimate) and they pinned me - as I looked at the wall and it said Pinning without alterations is $50. At that point I was just happy to get my dress so I let them do their thing. I know my dress is complicated, but it was $400 just for a hem and bustle?! And she refused to touch the lace on my dress, she only hemmed the inside satin.
And then when I wanted a sweetheart neckline she added another $100 to the bill. But again, I just wanted the dress to be done. And it did look beautiful! They moved the bustle several times to get it just right, there was no denying it was good work. The bustle held up all day (3 point) and I danced in it all night.
Rin is pushy and opinionated, but a very nice woman who will do good work, and they had my dress pressed and ready to go when I picked it up. It was a very up and down experience, but I came away very happy with all the work they did. You just need to push back to get what you want!

After finding an Enzoani Blue dress in NYC, I struggled to find a store in the Bay Area that was willing to order the sample from the NYC store for me to try on (with my mom in tow, as she wasn\'t with me in NYC). Rin\'s was the only store willing to order it for me, AND priced matched with the NYC store. Definitely a plus. \r\nThe store is really crowded with dresses, but I think that\'s a good thing - selection, selection, selection! \r\nI had all of my alterations done at Rin\'s, and while I\'m aware that I probably could have saved a bit of change by taking it elsewhere, I knew that my dress wasn\'t the easiest to work with (required a side bustle). The only downside of the alterations process is scheduling the fittings, which have to take place Tues-Sat, and the Saturday appts were nearly impossible to get! Fortunately, I needed multiple fittings, and Rin\'s was accommodating and my dress was gorgeous!

I stumbled into Rin's Bridal a month before my wedding, having major second thoughts about a cheapo discount dress I had already gotten for myself. When I explained my situation and my timeline, Rin didn't blink at all, and assured me that they would be able to find a dress for me. None of the other staff gave me too hard of a time about my timeline, and let me take a look through all of the sample gowns. Even though it was a Saturday, I had plenty of personal attention: the consultant patiently worked with me to find a dress that I was happy with, and even Rin started pulling dresses that she thought I might like. I ended up selecting a sample gown that I had already admired online, and when I expressed reservations about some of the organza unraveling, Rin whipped out a pair of scissors right in the dressing room and started showing how easy it would be trim the fabric panels to make the dress look like new. I got a reasonable discount on a current-season sample dress, plus a free sample belt (I had to spend a night fixing the beading, but it was worth it). I was very impressed by the two-week turnaround for alterations, too. The only criticism I might have is that one of the hooks for the bustle tore out of my dress when someone stepped on my dress while dancing at my wedding. Overall, I was fairly happy with the service I received, especially given the tight timeline.

Rin was so nice from the very beginning. She helped us with the price and threw in some extra things as well! Very responsive and reasonable. I will keep my dress forever. Highly recommend!

The cost of the dress was very affordable. But service kind of varied depends of the staff.

At Rin's I got great personal attention. Though the shop is super crowded with dresses they do have an excellent selection. The lady who was helping me made excellent suggestions. If I found a dress anywhere else they promised to order it for me at a better price. I recommend Rin's to anyone.

I found my dress at a more expensive bridal shop and ordered it through Rin's. When I went back after it had been altered, it needed more alterations, which I was not charged for...great! Although, when I went there after the second alteration it was all wrapped and ready to go and I could not try it on and make sure I was happy with the fit. I am not pushy and I let it go and hoped for the best. The dress fit great and looked perfect, thank god.

I appreciate that they have lots of variety of wedding dresses, typically different than what other dress shops have. However, the tailoring is the only thing I thought was ridiculously expensive. I bought my dress there because they are the only ones in the bay area that carry dresses by Stephen Yearick. This designer's dresses are gorgeous!

I found my wedding dress here, and the sales staff was great. I think her name was "Wan", and she was an aboslute gem-she was able to steer me towards the types of dresses that would look good on my petite frame. Although the staff was exceptional, I gave the place 4 stars for service, because Rin's herself put a bit of a damper on my buying experience. I found the dress I wanted, at a great price. I got the final dress almost 2 months before the wedding, and saw that I really needed to lose weight-so I did-10lb! They were able to do last minute alterations, and the dress fit like a glove!

I loved my dress and it was reasonably priced. The only thing I didn't like was that the sales people try to keep upselling you. They kept telling me how nice I looked and that I should buy this and that for my once in a lifetime event. They were helpful, but I could just see right through them that they were just saying those nice compliments just to make more money.

Dress was delayed without sufficient reason. Fittings were last minute because of the delay. I think they convinced my to purchase a larger size than needed, then required alterations. In the end my dress was beautiful and just what I wanted, the experience caused me stress though.
