Floramor

Having a December wedding date, I was a little worried about what would be available to me flower-wise, but Laura and Rhonda did a beautiful job with every detail. The reception hall looked amazing and I wanted to keep my bouquet forever. You'll pay a little more, but the level of service and quality more than makes up for it.

The flowers were amazing. After one short meeting, Laura knew just what we wanted.

Flowers were essential part of our wedding even though we had an outdoor wedding. From the beginning, Rhonda was amazing and we felt as though she knew exactly what we wanted. On the wedding day, the arrangements and bouquets turned out exceptionally well. We had one incident where we had to move the location of the nuptials and Rhonda and her team adapted the wedding arch without instruction. It was so fabulous how they knew what to do even though they werent asked to do so. Exceptional service!

Our floral arrangement was done one day before the wedding (previous evening) and they arranged the exact flowers we had choosen and the decoration was fabulous. Very fresh, very beautiful ones.

Floramor was on time to decorate our place. Flowers were the fresh ones we had selected from and did a pretty good job.

I'm so glad that I used Floramor for my wedding flowers. When I first met with Laura I could tell that not only did she know her flowers but she was able to create a vision of what my wedding which she was able to achieve with her flowers. We used the beautiful tree shaped centerpieces that only her studio has. I can't tell you the number of compliments that I received on the centerpieces and all around ambiance of our dining room. Laura has such a good eye for what flowers and colors go well with others....needless to say I was blown away when I walked into my dining room! I also loved my bouquet and my bridesmaids' bouquets! Laura was also very frank and practical with my mom and I when we had our planning meetings. She came up with the idea to reuse the flowers from our pews to our reception site. She was able to work within our budget but still make my wedding flowers as beautiful and elegant as I had imagined. I'd highly recommend Floramor!!

We were so impressed with how Laura made our dreams for the wedding a reality. She was involved in decorating the entire space for the wedding including the ceremony, cocktail area and reception. She listened very carefully to our ideas and helped us to stay with in our budget. She was very honest about what was worth spending money on and what we should save our money on. Laura found flowers that perfectly matched the effect I was hoping to created. I loved my bouquet so much that I didn't want to put it down. She also made bouquets for the bridal party that perfectly complimented their dresses. I can't say enough positive things about Floramor, they really do a fabulous job!

Laura at Floramor is awesome! As soon as I met with her I knew I wanted her as my florist. She seemed to completely get what I was looking for, and she was willing to work with my budget which was nice. She was super positive and made me feel like my day was truly special. Some of the other vendors I worked with seemed to forget that this was the first time I'd ever planned a wedding, and would treat everything like it was no big deal... But Laura knew how to make make me feel important. My flowers on the day of were beautiful as well. They showed up on time and get everything set up and I didn't even have to think about it. I would highly recommend Laura and her team.

They are a bit pricey but totally worth it. The flowers were fresh and beautiful and she gave a lot of great suggestion on what theme and colors we wanted. Her staff is great and flexible - I was very comfortable working with them.

Laura the owner of Floramor was very professional to work with. She was able to take my few ideas and turn them into a masterpiece. She is definitely an artist and has a gift for creating beautiful designs with flowers. She was very responsive and met with us several times to create a beautiful end result. I would highly recommend her.

Laura at Floramor was great to work with. She had good ideas not only about the flowers, but also about other details for the wedding. She was willing to work within my budget and produce beautiful work. Never did I feel like she was trying to get the most money out of me. Even though I wasn't sure of exactly what the bouquets would look like, I trusted her to create something wonderful. And she did! She also, help create the perfect chuppah, exactly as I hoped it would look.

My experience with Laura at Floramor is mixed. Her designs are beautiful and she definitely had a couple of fantastic ideas I never would have thought of. I was trying to save money for our wedding wherever I could, so I did all the planning myself and did not hire a wedding planner. I don't think that Laura was very comfortable with this. I got the impression that she does a lot of wedding planning in all aspects, not just flowers, and she kept on acting as though I was doing everything wrong. After a while of going back and forth, we decided to do our own centerpieces and use her for all the other floral arrangements and bouquets. In the end, she used colors that I specifically told her not to and the arrangements that we had at the altar were significantly smaller than she described. I think she can probably do great work, but I just don't think it was the right fit for my wedding.

This is a difficult review for me to write, but I want to be honest about my experience with Floramor and the owner, Laura. Laura is clearly knowledgeable and very talented in her field. She initially seemed enthusiastic about my wedding and assured my husband and me that she could work within our budget, which was probably pretty low for typical Floramor weddings, but we got married at a naturally beautiful venue that didn't need a lot of flowers. However, as the wedding drew closer, I noticed that Laura was difficult to get ahold of, and at one point, she had ignored my e-mails for about 6 weeks. When I was finally able to speak with her on the phone, I got the impression that our wedding was on the backburner for her and that she felt that we couldn't have a "nice" wedding without increasing our flower budget. Our phone conversations seemed rushed, and I felt almost apologetic about "bugging" her about my wedding. Sometimes she would even seem annoyed when I tried to find ways to lower her cost estimate, as she went over my budget by about $1,000 on her original cost estimate. We ended up going $500 over my budget because Laura's professional opinion was that I needed to include fuller flowers in a few areas. I ended up wishing that she had been honest with me from the beginning about whether or not she would be able to work within our budget. I also ran into a problem when my credit card was charged for the final balance a few days before I had approved the final order. That was quite a surprise! The date on the charge was a couple weeks before the contract stated that my card would be charged, so I wasn't quite ready for that. Also, during the entire planning process, I had made it clear that our wedding colors were blue, silver, and white, and that I only wanted pink flowers in my bouquet in order to remember a lost loved one. I clearly stated that pink should not be present anywhere else in the wedding other than my bouquet. Unfortunately, the day of the wedding, I discovered that our cake was covered in pink roses and that the arrangement at the front of the ceremony and at our sweetheart table had many pink roses in it. Don't get me wrong, they were gorgeous flowers, but they were not what I asked for and they did not fit in with my wedding colors and theme. This leads me to the actual quality of the wedding flowers: AMAZING. The bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, aisle petals, special arrangements, and especially the centerpieces were really beautiful. Our wedding ended up being gorgeous, but it wasn't quite what I had asked for and the planning process was rather bumpy. So all in all, if you have a flower budget that you need to stick to or if you feel that flowers are an area where you can decrease spending, I would look elsewhere. However, if you have a large or flexible flower budget and would like your flowers to be a focal point in your wedding, I would recommend Floramor. They really do beautiful work!
