Day of Coordinator

Sara Gorski is not only extremely professional and organized, she is one of the sweetest, most thoughtful individuals I have been blessed to cross paths with. I knew from the moment I received our proposal from Sara that she was the one. She noted every detail of our conversation and included our son in her detailed notes whenever possible. Although Sara is a “Day of Coordinator”, she went above and beyond with every aspect of our wedding. We were planning our wedding from a distance and had a difficult time, to say the least, with our ceremony/reception venue. She conducted multiple conference calls and handled the complicated staff in a professional and assertive manner. Sara was my life/sanity saver throughout the entire process. She was quick to respond to emails, had a plethora of knowledge and advice, and was readily available for phone conversations when needed. On the day of our wedding, Sara was down to business. She and her assistant set everything up as we intended, greeted guests, answered questions, handled issues that arose, all along stayed attentive to myself, my husband and our son. I truly feel her services are priceless and I am so thankful we reconsidered and decided to add a coordinator to our budget. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend Sara to anyone planning a wedding or an event. Her passion for what she does is relevant in her work! Sara, thank you for your thoughtful gifts, your planning knowledge, and for being the most valuable vendor on our wedding day!

Working with Sara was one of the highlights of our wedding planning process, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! We began chatting via email about a year before my June 2010 wedding, and every communication with her was just a pleasure. I consider myself a very organized person, but she was able to elevate our wedding day plans to the next level, thinking of anything and everything. Also, Sara’s reassurances during my planning process meant the world to me, and put me at ease like nobody else could. I am so glad, and lucky to have found her, as I’m certain that with anyone else I wouldn’t have been able to let go of my controlling nature, and enjoy myself fully on our wedding day. Our wedding was very DIY-focused—almost every single detail was handmade my myself or my family, which in turn meant there was a LOT to set up on our day (a Uhaul full of decor!). We had everything from a 6ft tall cupcake stand, many lanterns, escort cards that had to be turned on and then arranged, guestbook, gift, and favors tables that had to be set up, programs, lots and lots of signage, and DIY photobooth, and so, so many other little details that had to be set up. Sara took on this challenge with a smile, and she and her assistants did a beautiful job setting up everything perfectly, in a very short amount of time. When my husband and I arrived at our venue, we couldn’t believe how gorgeous everything looked, and it was all thanks to Sara’s hard work. Not only did Sara take the lead on all of our wedding day set up, she also put together pages and pages of detailed schedules and lists, confirmed all our vendors for us, did a wonderful job coordinating our ceremony rehearsal, kept us on track and on schedule the whole day, took care of our other vendors and managed the venue staff. Plus she was there to put out any fires, and handle all the many behind the scenes coordinating and detail execution that goes into pulling off a wedding ceremony and reception for around 100 people. We are forever grateful to her for making our day come together exactly how we envisioned it, and just being the cheerful, lovely person she is to work with. Highly, highly recommended!

I want to get married every year just to work with her again! I didn't worry about anything on my wedding day because I knew Sara had everything under control, and I knew that everything was in great hands. I can not recommend Sara enough for Day of Coordinator!

Sarah was so easy to work with and was literally everything that we want from a coordinator from the initial email to the very end of the "big day". She was extremely responsive with all the emails that I have sent to her and she put together everything the way that I had requested. She was very organized and even up of brought up things that never even occured to me when I thought I had everything well thought out. I highly recommend Sarah. I feel she went above and beyond what was expected of a "day of coordinator" and was extremely valuable to me on my wedding day.

Sara was a dream to work with and truly helped to make our wedding run as seamlessly as possible. We decided we wanted a Day of Coordinator late in the game--probably about six weeks before our wedding. We were looking for someone who could confirm all of our vendors, coordinate timing of all our vendors, create a day of timeline, organize and oversee set-up of the reception and ensure that the reception itself ran seamlessly from cocktail hour, to toasts, to dancing, to cake cutting. Sara delivered all of that in an extremely professional and organized manner. We met twice before the wedding -- once at our initial meeting and another time at the reception site itself. We also had an in-depth telephone conversation about the day of timeline she prepared. There were also numerous email messages exchanged. Sara handled everything wonderfully. Going into the wedding, we felt very confident that she was going to take care of everything and she did just that and more. We truly were able to enjoy every minute of our wedding because Sara was behind the scenes making sure it all came together. Even after the wedding Sara has been helping us deal with vendors and answer questions that have come up. She was a joy to work with and I highly recommend to all brides.

Sara is the best coordinator a couple could ever have and I highly recommend her. She was extremely knowledgeable and gave such great advice. It was the best decision we ever made, to have Sara as our wedding coordinator, because even after all the wedding planning books i read, she still pointed out things, i never thought about, things to consider, that really made our wedding day stand out. It was those special added touches that she recommended that made a huge difference. She was so detail oriented and organized. She was always prompt in responding to any questions or concerns. She made our wedding day run so smoothly by making sure everything was followed through with exactly what we had envisioned for our ideal wedding. Sara was always easy to talk to and get along with. She was always there for us throughout the whole wedding planning process, making sure we were prepared for each step of the way.I really appreciate all that she did for the wedding, and she did an outstanding job.

I appreciate having her coordinate the day of my wedding. We probably would've had a few disasters with out her assistance. She was there early and left late. She jumped in where assistance was needed and always ensure that things were running smoothly, on time, and that the guests were attended and happy. We are truly greatful =>
